Vera Bila

gypsy woman singer, together with the "Kale" band she sings excellent gypsy folk & folkrock music. First album issued with help of Zuzana Navarova. Her musical career ended after a few years due to her addiction to slot machines. Album (5) is the attempt to come back with more traditional interpretation of gypsy folk songs. On this album, she is overperformed by her family band "Ginovci"; their masterful performance makes it worth to listen.
