guitarist, bassist, composer, arranger; started as backing guitarist in Mahagon, shortly after its start renamed to Flamengo (not to be confused with Mahagon of P. Klapka, started only 6 years later). He stayed with Flamengo till Summer 1972 and contributed as arranger and guitarist to the legendary album Kure v hodinkach (as well as later to the similarly legendary first album by Vladimir Misik). Since 1974 member of Misik's Etc... band, at the same time playing in the pop-oriented Orchestr Ladislava Staidla. In 1977 founded his own studio band Labyrint. He composed and arranged for a number of Czech pop and rock interpreters, including Karel Gott, Helena Vondrackova, as well as C&K Vocal, Marsyas or Vladimir Merta.
