Dunaj
active from year 1986

Legendary band from Brno, hard and depressive alternative rock. Started by duo Bittova - Fajt with frontman Jiri Kolsovsky, originally named Kolektiv (Collective). Disbanded after Kolsovsky died in 1998. Several comeback attempts; since 2015 Ostransky with Vaclavek perform Dunaj reportoir live under the name Dunajska vlna (Dunaj Wave) with various drummers. Comeback in 2019 as a trio (Vaclavek-Ostransky-Koudelka).
