Komety
years active: 1959 - 1977
rock'n'roll band from Prague, named after Bill Haley's backing band The Comets. The original line-up played till 1968. In 1973 Kales brought the band back in a different line-up, named Komety Jiriho Kalese. A part of this new line-up was the vocal trio Achill-Bolek-Zachar, also performing independently, or with other pop interpreters (Karel Gott).
