by the full name The New Orchestra of Dreams, it was originally a home project of Stepan Smetacek (in his "Die Elektrische Elefant" band years); it became more permanent during the time, attracted more musicians close to Smetacek (e.g. band-mates from J.A.R. or female singer Lenka Dusilova) transforming itself to different shapes from alternative rock to jazzrock even to bigband, and made a number of interesting recordings.
