Marton, Rony

Czech pop singer of Indonesian origin. Came to Czechoslovakia in 1963 to study economy in Prague. He won a contest "Talent 71" and soon was invited by musician and manager Petr Hannig to sing with his band Kardinalove. Marton's popularity culminates in mid-1970s. Several years later he ends his singing career and begins his new career in economy.
