Citron ( Lemon )
active from year 1976
the first Czech band that managed to gain wide popularity among domestic hard rock fans. Started in 1976 in Ostrava. In the 80's moved from hard rock to heavy metal, with Radim Parizek becoming the leader. In the early 90's featuring the Czech woman singer Tanja. Regarded as the greatest Czech heavy metal legend. In 2015 disbanded, four of the five members founded the band Limetal. Radi Parizek, the owner of the Citron trademark, was left alone but promptly invited former member Ladislav Krizek so Citron can go on.
