pioneers of Czech underground (together with closely related Plastic People. Founded in 1973 by Pavel Zajicek and Mejla Hlavsa. The name means a diagnosis of a psychical disorder which helped young boys in the communist times to avoid the mandatory military service. The band was hunted and persecuted by official authorities since the very beginning; in spite of that, their illegal concerts became a cultic matter. In 1976 Zajicek was sentenced to prison for one year; in 1980, he finally emigrated. This caused the band's silence till the fall of communism in 1989. Successful comeback in the late 90's with the leader Pavel Zajicek as the only member of the original group.
