Southpaw
years active: 1996 - 2011
originally a students' band from Prague, inspired by British guitar pop (The Smiths); their music later took other inspirations as well, including rock and electronic music. Southpaw became quite a popular not only as an alternative club band but also in festivals. In 2011 official disbanding announced.
