Fontana
years active: 1972 - 1976

continuation of the band Beatings under the new name, shifting in style more to the mainstream pop music. After J. Pospisil and P. Sedlacek left in 1975, the band broke out; however, soon its continuation reformed under the name Renesance. Zdenek Nedved, who worked with the band as sound engineer and producer, used the name Fontana later for his studio band (also called Studiova skupina Jindricha Voborila), which served as the backing band for the singer Vera Wajsarova.
